About Momizat

Momizat operates this website. Momizat builds premium WordPress themes and plugins for publishers, magazines, news sites and editorial teams.

What this website is for

This site is informational. It describes Momizat and its products. It is not a shop: browsing it creates no purchase and no licence.

Products

The products described here are GoodNews and MultiNews, both WordPress themes published by Momizat. Product pages describe each product and state the date any fact belongs to.

Current availability

Purchase and download availability is not published on momizat.com. There is no checkout, no download, no licence issued through this site and no subscription. Nothing here should be read as an offer to sell. Technical support for products you already own is available through your account.

Accounts

A sign-in page exists for account holders. Account registration is closed, so no visitor can create an account. If registration is opened later, terms covering it will be added here first.

Support

Support covers Momizat products: installation, configuration, documented functionality, known issues, and diagnosis of problems in our own products. It does not cover custom development, changes to a product to suit a particular site, repair of third-party systems, or work on plugins, themes and services we did not publish.

We do not commit to a response time, and support is provided without a guaranteed availability window or a guaranteed resolution.

Ownership and support periods

Owning a Momizat product and being able to open a new support request are two different things. A verified purchase records that you own the product, and that record does not expire. Support periods do: where a product was bought through a store that sells a fixed support period, that period ends on the date the store set.

When your support period has ended you still own the product. Opening a new technical support request requires a current support entitlement; a conversation already under way continues under the terms it started with.

Acceptable use

Use the site lawfully. Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or to the systems behind it, interfere with its operation, submit automated or abusive messages through the contact form, or misuse it to send unlawful content.

Intellectual property

The content of this site — its text, design, product materials and the Momizat name and marks — belongs to Momizat or is used with permission. Do not copy or republish it without permission.

WordPress, WooCommerce and other third-party names mentioned on this site belong to their own owners, and nothing here claims any right in them.

Third-party services and links

The site relies on third-party providers to host it, secure the contact form, deliver email, and run the database and sign-in behind the account area. Envato verifies purchase codes for products bought there. Where the site links to somewhere we do not run, we are not responsible for what you find there.

Availability and changes

The site is provided as it is at the time you visit. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, including which products are described, without notice.

Disclaimers

The site is provided without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and information about a product describes it at the date stated rather than guaranteeing anything about it today.

Limitation

To the extent the law allows, Momizat is not liable for loss arising from your use of this informational website. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Changes to these terms

We will update this page when the site or its products change, and the date at the top will change with it.
